Hi every Body,I want to communicate hardwares via COM Port
and other ports.please tell me how can I do this.
I want to Send data to an advertisement board and show the texts in the board with effect . plz help...

They offer a component called 'TSerial' on some of their magazins with CD.
The latest magazin has the latest version 4.3 of the component.

Even I don't understand a word in deutsch... Besides that, how a man from asia can get CD from Germany?
