I got problem on converting an IDL file to Pascal or Type Library.

The IDL2PAS utility of Delphi shows lot of error messages. Also, I don't have MIDL.EXE utility of Microsoft to convert the IDL to Type Library. In other hand, my Internet connection is too slow to download huge Microsoft Windows SDK for having MIDL.EXE.

If somebody can convert the attached IDL file to Pascal to Type Library, I would be very thankful.

For your information, as of Windows Vista, "Microsoft RTC Client API" is obsolete in favor of new "Microsoft Unified Communications Client API".
