I've found many differend ways to copy, move or delete files and folders, but I've found yet how to create a folder. Some advice?
Also I'm wondering which databases are free&quite; easy in windows mode, that doesn't require a addictional installation.

You can use MkDir function to create a directory.

Jet Database Engine (Access) is free and available on all versions of Windows.
