how to add a button to title bar of a from in Vista?

Does anyone know how to add a button to title bar of a from in Vista?
I can do that in XP, even when I change the appearance in Vista to Standard, that button appears on a title bar, but when the appearance is set to Aero and it shows all indows title bars and borders a bit transparent, it does not allow doing anything there, and does not show that the button.
Any idea?
