i18n package does not support Rosinsky components trial vers

The two components compile well separately but when we put a dbrosi component on a form with an i18n component the following error appears: [dcc32 Fatal error] rdlg.pas (662): F2051 The rtool unit was compiled with a version different from rdlg.DlgE
