how to learn delphi

i'm all new to programming.

what software do i need?

any of you know any great tutorials and step-by-step examples?

Form Delphi 3 to up all are okay.

Well, you can just read a book. You can find a great one here:

It's free and about 21MB large.

I've started learning Delphi myself and am very pleased with

Just go to google and search for free delphi books, that's how I found this one. I know there are some books at www.fixdown.com or something, you just have to search, you know...
