NOw, I written a delphi programme,
but this programme can not run on other computer
I known it nees some dll files ,
who can tell me what are the files.

try to ask somebody who have telepathic gift
check up the checkbox "project/options/packeges/build with runtime packages" (it should be unchecked).
if you use something like BDE you have to make redist of your project.
