There is a problem. I need good and small engine for skins. There are many of them but they are so expensive (i.e. ThemeEngine costs over 100$). I know that more programmers have such problem.
Why not to staqrt another, free, project like TE? If you are interested in it, or if you know somebody who is, write me about it (neo777n@poczta.onet.pl).

I think a skinable program must be a good program. And if it's your own project (you can code a good program -> your craft is good) why don't you create your own skinable engine. If you can't, you can find out many free skinable engines on http://www.torry.ru for reference.

I hope you can find and learn something from them.
