Is there any 64bit version of Delphi Compiler?
I want to write a program for AMD64, and I want to exploite its benefits to reach high speed computing.
Now, what is your answer?

Use ASSEMBLER!!!

As for Delphi Compiler I think that only Delphi 2005 may have this option. The best way to find out is to visit www.borland.com (or something like that).
