Changing keyboard layout in other applications
Posted: August 5th, 2003, 10:25 amHow can I change keyboard layout in other application. I'm writing a service that needs to change it in all running applications.
I also need to change the keyboard layout for another process, but so far I couldn't find a solution.
The Microsoft says changing the keyboard layout only affects the layout for the current process or thread.
