Can we use the delphi 5 compiled dll directly in C# .Net

I am working on a Delphi to .net migration project. Project was developed using Delphi 5. Can I use the delpjhi 5 compiled dll directly(Like a com Dll); in microsoft .net which I am going to develop using C#.Net .
Please suggest me a solution
