I asked how I could distribute my program.
Because My .exe file doesn't run in my friend's pc.
Dear 'Sepehr' asked whether the problem is that
My friend can't have my code or the matter is exe file
itself. I should explain that there is no need thet he'd
have my code. Just if my program runs well in his pc,
he'd be satisfied.

Could you please guid me, why I couldn't distribute my program well?

I see no reason why it would be any problem, since you con just get to compile options, so that rtl's are included within your app and viola, you can go with that whenever you want.
