Moving to a new server, forum is read-only

I am moving delphiarea.com and all of its subdomains to a new server, hopefully a faster one.
While this process is not done, the forum will be read-only and new account registration will be suspended.
I apologize for any inconveniences.

The forum is active again, but attachment is disabled.
The site is still running the old server, but the database has been moved to the new database server. With my slow connection it take ages until I upload all the files on to the new file server.

The forum is running completely on the new server. Attachments are active again and everything should work as normal.
I wonder why names servers are not updated yet for delphiarea.com, and my other domains.
