Problems with OfficeAssistant 3.22

I'm using Delphi 5 and WinME, when I runnig any program that using new OA 3.22 and trying show custom balloon, system crashes . Older versions works correctly...

I have only Windows XP, so I can't trace the code to figure out the guilty part.
Could you please trace the code to find which statement makes this problem.
