I am trying to use TPicShow to fade a picture in from a black background, and then fade it back out again (to black). I have tried all combinations of reverse, clear and execute... Any ideas? (It fades in ok - but I can only fade to another picture not back out again.)

Setting Reverse property to True reverses the direction of transition, not returning back to the original state.

Solution 1: Use manual progress.
Solution 2: Use a whole black image as the second image
