When I delete the marquee comp. from a D7 form !

First of all thank you to Kambiz for the marquee comp.
Whan I delete a marque comp. from Delphi 7 form,
an error occurs.
Access violation at address 7C908FEA in module 'ntdll.dll'. Write of address 00000010.
Is this a general problem or specific for my Delphi environment.
