PicShow events don't have to be thread-safe, is it right?

Hello

Because of using multimedia timer in new version of PicShow,
PicShow events don't have to be thread-safe any more. is it right?
(especially onStart event)

WRONG! Even the event handler for a multimedia timer should be thread safe.
