save as PDF (PrintPreview component)

i have been using PrintPreview component for few of my project (many thanks for providing us with it).
recently i have come to the need to have a pdf representation of the print.
Here i had a problem.
first i tried dsPdf which works great up to the moment i changed orientation of the page from poPortrait to poLandscape (some of reports need that)
then i had a access violation error with message "not b/w image".
funny if i change paper orientation using pagesetupdialog i do not have this problem.
I also do not have problem exporting as pdf file if i use Adobe pdf printer emulation.
I also tried synopse solution but for some reason it only saves half of the page as pdf file
i would be extremly greatfull if u help me to resolve that problem
