Sounds strange.
I know that my old versions of Delphi all had this file. Now I have Delphi 7 and 2009 installed on my machine and both have the file too.

Hey there how to you convert from acs file to aad file so you can post it in the gallery? How doe the actor library does that?

Um, are there any 3d programs I can use to create thse 3d objects as characters?

I am not expert in this field but for sure there are some software.
