Hi Adrian,
The assistant works only with 256 color bitmaps. Because of that, the Actor Editor converts all frames to 256 color bitmap.
With 256 color bitmap, the actor files are much smaller, the component can calculate transparent region of the actor much faster, and the assistant can be shown on 256 color mode.
Cheers,
Kambiz

Very well done actor, thanks.
It was the first I received an actor with properly defined return animations.
The actor (Ditchy) is added in to the actors gallery.

Thank you. But I'm afraid there is one problem with it. It has a "Surprised" animation and is not set to the action "Surprised". Only "Surprised2" which is sameas alert but exit branches to 1. Plus I wanted the same sound for "Show" as "Hide".

Now, Feethandy is in the gallery too.
BTW, the actor's name was missing in the AAD file. You may want to fixed it in your own copy.

"Cannot locate Borand Delphi 32 command line (DCC32.EXE)
every time I try to convert it in aal. Can you fix that problem?

Path of DCC32.EXE (bin path of your Delphi) must be in your search path.
