Hi,

Thanks about this fine component..
Using that 3.12 now and i'm wondering is there any speed difference between 3.12? What happened to that sourceforge project?

To be honest I've never tried v3.12. The speed improvement that I've mentioned is in comparison with the older version that I've released myself.

I'll go to look at it right now.

Sorry for being late. This weekend was a busy weekend for me.

I looked at PicShow v3.12, and here are the result:
  • v4.x is faster than any other previous version.
  • v3.12 needs Graphics32 library, but v4.x has no dependency.
  • v3.12 has bugs on most transition effects (54% of them). The bugs are because of addapting code for Graphics32 library.
  • Both memory and CPU usage of v4.x are less than v3.12
By the way, I've made some more optimizations on v4.01. The update is available to download.

Indeed its much faster than any other previous version.
hmm. i'm wondering could you make "filtering" to improve image quality when transition is over? I mean ex. Lanczos3,Mitchell,Nearest etc.

When the Progress property is either 0 or 100, the untouched image is displayed. Therefore, there's no need to apply a filter.
