I confirmed, in windows 98 I have problem when the balloon is used.

The big problem is that I am developing a system where I would like to work in windows 98 too. Could you fix this problem?

Maybe we could deal a price for this. It is important to me.

You may use an old version of the component, because this issue is fixed on Version 3.24.
