The i18n package is released, so I removed the attachment from the first post.

First of all, I renamed i18nHelper to i18nEditor. I don't know where the hell the HELPER came to my mind to put it for name of an editor.

As Grzegorz kindly suggested, the i18n package as well as the editor support plural forms now. As the result, a new dialog and some more menu options added to the editor. They need your attention please.
