Removing Global Hook

Hi my friend its my first post here,
I need a method to remove a global hook in WH_KEYBOARD_LL, i try UnhookWindowsHookEx but dont work
because the hook are created by ohter process ( external process) and i dont have the handle off hook, anyone can help-me with this?
