Can you help me ?

I am a china student . I meet a question when I used tpicshow of v3.08. When I open the project PSDemo.dpr in the package of demo, the program send me a message " Class : tpicshow not found.".I didn't know why,can you help me?

You should install the components on Delphi before using them.
