How to adapt the TSunTime component to work in Firemonkey

I have installed this great component in my delphi 10 environment and it works correctly for win32, but I cannot compile the component to work with Firemonkey.
I think the problem is in the function: GetBiasMinutesAtDateTime that uses TTimeZoneInformation and GetTimeZoneInformation (only available in windows).
Who would know how to adapt this function?
