im tryin' to create preview of little textt file and what happends is on attached picture. used font is MS Sans Serif, Regular, size 8

this happens when zoom is smaller than 100% an also, when zoom is more than about 180% fonts gets bad look (no anti-alias, and pixel showing)

with font Courier New it's great, but it looks awful with normal courier... i know that wnen font is not truetype it gets baaad, but MS Sans Serif is true type (i think..)

Nope, MS Sans Serif is not a scalable font.

damn... those micro$lopys never make things as they suposed to be.. do you know any good free easy-to-use fonteditor?

Why you don't use a scalable font like Verdana?

well it's not me! it's my betatester... i fixed it in a little workaround, simple: i changet possibility of selecting nonscalable fonts
