Print Using Custom Page Sizes on Windows NT and Windows 2000

Finaly It seems that it's a HP-Deskjet 990Cxi driver problem.
I tried to change the driver by a non-standard one (HP Deskjet) that comes with Windows 2000, and the problem seems to be solved.
Sorry from HP.
But I'm always searching how Word do it with this fake driver.

I'm glad to hear you figured out the problem.

By the way, I improved TPrintPreview to automatically adds custom forms when a custom page size is set in th control. The update is available to download.
