Dear Kambiz,

thank you for the answer. {$I Delphiarea.inc} line is in both of the two files RotImg.pas and RotImgReg.pas. Still I am not able to install component. The error message is fatal error: file not found. I do not understand in your answer where to copy this line.
I am not a professional software programmer.
I have no any idea how to install this component.

Please explain it.

The DELPHIAREA.INC file should be either in the library search path of Delphi or the same directory of the component's .pas files.
