DESCRIPTION

TSmoothShow is a non-visual component. This component can be used to resize and move a windowed control by drawing an animated frame.

WHAT'S NEW

	Version 2.03 (March 13, 2007) A bug on initializing the animating frame is fixed.
	Version 2.02 (March 8, 2002) A bug on the target controls with custom window region is fixed.
