Does I18n Controls Package support translating fast report?

I appreciate your work on i18n controls package. Well done. I used the package to localize my application. However, I wonder to ask if translating reports created by fast report are supported by the package. In the manual it has been mentioned to place a translator component on the report, but the problem is that I don't know how to drop a translator component on a report when I open it in fast report environment. Please help me.
